Two-day workshop, May 30 & 31, 2017

Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics (room 163)

The purpose of this workshop is to discuss future directions in the field of linguistics, with a focus on:

(I)      theoretical linguistics
(II)     typology
(III)    computational linguistics.

Speakers will present their views from the perspective of their own research as well as with an eye on the challenges of the future. Next to speakers, a few discussants will contribute to a lively discussion with speakers and audience.
