Our institute's members come from 24 different nationalities. 55% are female and 45% are male.
We offer various measures to guarantee that female and male employees receive equal opportunities towards career development and to achieve a manageable work and family life balance.
Some measures are offered via the Max Planck Society while others, like career development training are also organized locally via the Institute.
