How to get to the Institute

By taxi:

It costs approximately € 10 to get from the train station to the Institute. You can either get a taxi at the taxi stand at the station or you can phone for one, call number 0900-9292 and ask for Taxi service. If you need a taxi from the Institute to the station, you can also ask the reception to phone for you.

By bus:

There are many direct bus lines from Nijmegen central train station to the Institute. Please find here an overview of bus lines with their corresponding stops: lines 6, 9 and 83 with stop 'UMC Sint Radboud', lines 4, 10 and 11 with stop 'Bestuursgebouw'. From the stops walk towards/on the Erasmuslaan and enter the Comeniuslaan, walk straight ahead to the end of that street, enter the small path across the trees and to your left you will find the Institute's main entrance.

By car:

Follow highway direction Nijmegen, take exit Malden, follow signs Malden + Ziekenhuizen, drive straight through Malden, after approx. 2 km. you will see McDonalds to your right, at the traffic light drive straight on till the next traffic light, turn right, after 40 m. you will see the Max Planck Institute sign, turn left into the Wundtlaan driveway and drive to the MPI parking space.
