Simeon Floyd
Simeon Floyd is a staff member contributing to the 'Human Sociality and Systems of Language Use' project (HSSLU), part of Interactional Foundations of Language project (IFL) in the Language and Cognition Department. His research centers on indigenous languages and cultures of South America, especially on the Cha'palaa and Quechua languages of Ecuador.

His research interests include linguistic anthropology, the ethnography of race and ethnicity, descriptive linguistics and the study of linguistic systems through their usage in discourse, interaction and multi-modal communication.
