OAI-PMH Workshop

Overview of the OAI-PMH protocol, implementation, and creation of hierarchies

This mini workshop is designed to provide participants with a general overview of the OAI-PMH protocol. We will discuss how we make our metadata available and expose it to harvesters, and how harvesters can access this metadata and harvest it at regular intervals.. In addition we will spend some time looking at how hierarchical structures in our corpus tree can be represented with the means of the OAI-PMH protocol.
