2.9.12. Modifying the content of annotations

To modify an annotation, do one of the following:

  1. In the Timeline or Interlinear Viewer:

    1. Click on the annotation that you want to modify. It appears in a dark blue frame.

    2. Do one of the following:

      1. Right-click on the selected annotation. A pull-down menu appears. Click on Modify annotation value.

      2. Or click on Annotation > Modify annotation value.

      3. Or use the key equivalent ALT+M.

      The Inline Edit box appears (see Section 2.9.1).

  2. In the Grid Viewer:

    1. Double-click on the annotation that you want to modify.

    The Inline Edit box appears (see Section 2.9.1).
