Sort orders are stored at the Workspace level; sort orders can be applied to the data category which is first defined in the wordlist view. After applying the sort order to this data category, the word list will be sorted accordng to the specified sort order. Before you can apply the sort order, you need to define the Word list view (see Section 2.2.4) . Next you may apply a sort order to the element defined. For the definition of the word list view you are already in the Schema and View editor, now go to the Schema element tab, and in the tree in the left frame, select the data category to which you want to apply a sort order. Once the data category is selected, in the right frame, bottom part, you can select a sort order. Save through File --> Save.
