Labs and facilities

The Institute’s research on language development is conducted through the Baby and Child Research Center, a collaboration with child development researchers at Radboud University. The Research Center has a centrally funded recruitment database, and labs at three locations on the Radboud campus. Facilities include EMS, NIRs, Tobii and Eyelink eyetrackers, motion tracking, habituation and head-turn facilities, behavioural observation labs and a fully equipped experiment bus for research in remote locations. We also conduct cross-linguistic work around the world at field sites in Papua New Guinea, Australia and Mexico.
