Language and beyond is a series of interviews sponsored by the leftovers of the Language in Interaction gravitation program. The first guest interview will be with Prof. dr. Rens Bod, professor of Digital Humanities at the University of Amsterdam.
Het Unieke Dier -- The Unique Animal
Prof.dr. Rens Bod will be interviewed about his recent boek 'Het unieke dier' (the unique animal), in which he investigates what humans share with other species (culture, empathy, introspection, etcetera) and where we differ.
The audience will have ample time to ask question after the initial interview. Bring your lunch and enjoy a conversation on a highly interesting topic.
