I hold a BA in Linguistics and an MSc in Cognitive Science which I completed at the University of Edinburgh. At present, I am a PhD candidate within the Psychology of Language department under the supervision of Ardi Roelofs and Antje Meyer.

My PhD project, entitled “A computational account of top-down control in lexical selection”, aims to unravel how attentional mechanisms guide the retrieval of words during speech production. At the moment, I use computational modeling to explain how the algorithmic dynamics of attentional mechanisms determine the properties of reaction time data.
