Tag list view

A simple scrollable list of all tags (annotations)  in a tier is displayed. Each tag has it's own panel, that can have multiple fields. Each field has a label and some value. The panel also displays the media time interval that corresponds with the tag.

The red bar on the left indicates which tag is currently playing. The viewer automatically scrolls the current tag into view. The second column shows bars that can indicate which tag is currently the cursor. It will then be dark blue. Light blue highlighting of the rest of the panel indicates that the current media time selection overlaps with the time interval of the tag.

Single click on a tag selects it, double click makes the tag the cursor.
