This export function is available via Save As dialog. The output can be opened a spreadsheet application, it contains a row for each file and the following columns (summarized):
-> -> . It creates a tabular text file containing information on how much of a recording has been annotated on at least one of the selected tiers. The export window allows to select a domain or a custom set of files and lists the tiers found in the files. After selection of the tiers to include in the processing, clicking the or button starts the processing and shows aFile name
Total duration of non-empty annotations, annotations with textual contents
Total duration of empty annotations, to be able to distinguish segmenting-and-labeling from segmenting alone
Total annotated part, the total duration of the 'virtually' merged segments represented by these (empty and non-empty) annotations
Last annotation time, the end time of the
farmost annotation (on any tier), instead of the duration of the recording, which is currently not
stored in the .eaf
file and therefore not to available to this

Total as a percentage of last time, the annotated part as percentage of the last annotation time
Number of annotations, the total of empty and non-empty annotations on the selected tiers
Number of empty annotations, on the selected tiers
Number of processed tiers, the number of tiers actually processed in this file
Number of empty tiers, the number of tiers present in the file but without annotation
Number of tiers not processed, either not present in the file or not selected
Finally there is a row with the totals of all rows, giving an overview of all the files in the domain.
