The stimuli as well as the response data of
this study are made available for non-commercial purposes on this website
and can be downloaded and used without further
restrictions.
The material comprises samples of all 1,179 diphones of Dutch (including those crossing word boundaries) in various stress conditions. The original recordings were final-gated at six points resulting in a total of 13,570 stimuli. All stimuli were presented once to each of 18 listeners who classified both phonemes in the diphone. In total 488,520 responses were collected. The material is freely available for scientific, i.e. non-commercial purposes.
