Our goal is to bring together researchers and students interested in these topics, share ideas, foster learning, and provoke insightful discussions. Four keynote speakers–Dr. Lara S. Burchardt (MPI), Dr. Ellen Garland (University of St. Andrews), Prof. dr. Henkjan Honing (University of Amsterdam), and Dr. Stephanie L. King (University of Bristol)–will give presentations covering a diversity of species and topics. Additionally, members of the Comparative Bioacoustics Group will give “flash talks” on their ongoing research. The day will end with a chaired discussion.
