Building Bridges: Cultivating Cultural Intelligence and Intercultural Communication Skills in academia

Here are the key goals of this workshop:
Identifying Implicit Cultural Bias: We'll explore how cultural values and stereotypes can subtly influence our interactions with others, and learn to recognize and address these biases in ourselves and our work environments.
Enhancing Cultural Competency: By gaining a deeper understanding of different cultural perspectives, we can better support our teams and students in navigating and adapting to cultural differences.
Strengthening Intercultural Communication Skills: We'll reflect on strategies to improve our communication across cultural boundaries, fostering clearer understanding and more effective collaboration.
