To register for the Focus Group Neurodiversity and Mental Health and to receive event-related information, as well as for us to verify your eligibility, we ask for your name, e-mail address, Donders theme, Donders center, and attendance mode. We temporarily store this data on a secure server within the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics. Employees of the Max Planck Institute who are involved in the organisation of the focus group will have access to this data. Other attendees of the workshop will have access to this data, too (e.g. when we will disseminate course-related information or if you are presenting).
We will store the data you provide until 20 December 2025, after which the Focus Group series will have ended. However, you can withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to view your personal data (in which case you will receive a copy), adjust or delete it, or limit the processing of this data, you can contact us by e-mail at privacy [at] mpi.nl (privacy[at]mpi[dot]nl). We will process your request within one month. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data, if it is based on legitimate interest.
