I completed my PhD at the University of Konstanz (Germany) in 2022. In my PhD I investigated multilingual language acquisition/transfer and the effects of bi-/multilingualism on the mind/brain. I did so with a combination of EEG techniques (ERPs, resting state and time-frequency representations), tasks (grammaticality judgment task, inhibition and working memory) and populations (early and late adults bilinguals).

Since May 2022, I have worked as a post-doctoral researcher in the Early Precursors Project. The goal of the project is to assess individual differences in language (and cognitive) development. Specifically, we aim to understand if/how early neural precursors (via measurements of resting-state "baseline" power and functional connectivity EEG and on-task EEG), combined with detailed information about early life environments (linguistic and non), are able to predict and explain later (early) language and cognitive development.
