Since February 2022 I am a PhD student at the Psychology of Language Department. During my project, I will study how and why people are successful during conversation in noisy environments. Noise or other people conversing in the background happens to us on a daily basis, and I investigate how we are able to ignore background noises when we are in conversation ourselves.
